The Vortex
We were born to help companies transform their business knowledge into lasting and healthy relationships.
We develop Customer Relationship and Process Management projects, and we breathe customer-company-employee relationships, based on Business Intelligence and work on discovering information that results in in-depth knowledge of your organization.
Technology is in our DNA, and we have CRM, Workflow and BI platforms that help us realize our clients' plans and desires. We deal with critical processes and information, but lightness is always present in our daily lives, helping us to see solutions with creativity and empathy.
Our home is Ribeirão Preto (SP), and our team has been in the technology and consultancy market for customer relationship management for over 20 years, assisting our Clients in all the stages necessary to develop a good CRM project, Management of Processes and BI.
Our team
I'm Nelson, businessman, trained as an electronics technician at Colégio Júlio Cardoso, self-taught in management and systems development. Founder of Consinco (1988), now TOTVS Varejo, Vórtice CRM (2004) and IdEver Análise Digital (2020).
In my free time, I like being with my grandchildren, cooking and drinking good wine, preferably in the company of friends, traveling to be close to nature, and "playing" with my tools.
I'm Diego, COO of Vortice. With a degree in Business Administration, I see myself as having extensive knowledge in the functioning of business processes, in different segments. Fortunately, throughout the almost 18 years of the Vórtice journey, I have participated in many projects in all phases of the relationship with its clients. In my free time, I love watching movies (suspense and action are my favorites) and cooking while drinking a good beer.
Since I was a child, I liked buying electronics magazines on newsstands, and at the age of 14 I had my first contact with a computer... I never stopped. I have been at Vórtice since its creation, mainly taking care of development and infrastructure. I can't live without music, I love traveling and seeing common and unusual places, as well as cooking, gardening and working on bonsai trees. I love watching films and series, especially fiction ones. I value my family very much, from which I always receive full support.
Hello, my name is João Henrique, I am an entrepreneur, musician and passionate about people and process management and conflict mediation. Graduated in Production Engineering from USP, I currently work as a partner and CFO at Vórtice, advisory director of PISO - Software Innovation Hub and innovation consultant at Supera Parque - FIPASE. I am passionate about the arts, an instrumental musician and photographer since I was a teenager, I value diversity and plurality of knowledge and cultures.
I'm Amaury, Technical Specialist at Vortice. I participated in the creation of the Vortico product, from the beginning, and I also had the opportunity to work in all phases of its implementation at many of our customers. With this, I acquired knowledge in the functioning of business processes, in different segments.In my spare time, I like to be with my family for any activity; I love watching movies, enjoying the peace of a guesthouse and having a good beer with friends.
I'm Fernando, Partner and Technology Specialist at Vortice.
With a background in System Analysis and Development, I have worked in the Technology area for many years, having started in System Operations and going through Development, Analysis and Consulting. I have been working with CRM Projects for 22 years, even before Vórtice existed as a separate company (CRM was one of the Consinco Systems, today TOTVS). In my free time, I really enjoy playing the guitar, watching movies and series, and playing video games with my son and my wife.
